About Statewide Process Servers
In 2002 we formed Statewide Process Servers with the goal to streamline and simplify the process serving experience, while maintaining excellent ongoing rapport with our clients.
Statewide was the first Utah company in the industry to utilize smart-phone technology to maximize the effectiveness, accountability and verifiability of the entire process of service. In addition to our valued membership in the National Association of Professional Process Servers, Statewide Process Servers’ owners bring more than 20 years of serving experience.
Today, Statewide continues to lead the industry in harnessing the power of technology to offer not only the most efficient serving experience, but also the highest customer service for our clients.

Jason Jacobson
Owner/Private Investigator Agent
Mr. Jacobson oversees the daily workflow and management of Statewide. He has extensive experience managing and operating all aspects of multiple businesses. Mr. Jacobson has 18 years of experience as a licensed Private Investigation agent with comprehensive experience in debt collection, skip tracing, asset management, evictions, process serving, and repossessions. Prior to building Statewide Process Servers from the ground up, he worked as a Vice President of a national bank, managing their debt collection operations and asset management.
Mr. Jacobson has been an exemplary member of the National Association of Professional Process Servers for the past 16 years.
Mr. Jacobson has lived in Salt Lake City, UT most of his life. He is happily married with four children. His interests away from work include archery, basketball, serving his community, cheering his favorite sports teams and spending time with his family.

Allen Robins
Owner/Private Investigator
Allen brings years of experience as a collector and skip tracer at a national bank. This experience has assisted him in locating and serving papers with us. In recent years he has also become a locksmith, allowing us to be more effective when assisting with evictions. His locksmith experience lead us to open Statewide Safes and Service, a commercial safe company servicing FireKing, Tidel and other commercial safes.
Allen has volunteered with CFSI and We Help the Missing to bring at risk teens home.
Aside from work his time is spent with his family. As a father of five their activities have become his. From high school track and field, football, rec soccer, swim, dance and his teens Jeep and ‘69 Fury projects, his children’s events and interest are where he likes to be.
Allen has an Associates in Business, and is POST certified. He is an Eagle Scout and currently a scoutmaster. If you are looking for a heated conversation feel free to bring up politics, local or national.
